Notifiche web e Android · versione 3 · 25 ottobre 2026Queste indicazioni aggiornano la descrizione tecnica delle notifiche nella sezione 6 dell’informativa privacy. Il sito e l’app web usano Web Push; la nuova app Android 1.3.0 usa Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) dopo aggiornamento e attivazione.
Quando attivi le notifiche, AffittoFacile associa al tuo account un identificativo dell’installazione, lingua, fuso orario e stato di attivazione. Per Web Push memorizza l’indirizzo di recapito e le chiavi di cifratura del browser; per Android il token FCM e un collegamento revocabile limitato alle notifiche. Il registro può conservare l’esito di invio e, quando comunicati dal dispositivo, ricezione, visualizzazione e apertura, con data e ora. Le conferme tecniche non provano che una persona abbia letto l’avviso.
Non vengono inviate fotografie o dati dei documenti nelle notifiche. Il nome dell’immobile, il tipo di evento e, negli avvisi di arrivo e partenza, il nome e il cognome dell’ospite se inseriti nella prenotazione possono apparire sulla schermata di blocco. Non vengono ricavati dalle schede dei documenti. Il servizio push tratta il messaggio per recapitarlo: Web Push usa la cifratura prevista dallo standard; per Android Google/Firebase elabora il contenuto inviato tramite FCM.
Il servizio Web Push può essere Google, Apple, Mozilla o Microsoft, secondo il browser. Firebase gestisce account, dispositivi e programmazione; Cloudflare ospita il sito. Le notifiche native iPhone sono predisposte ma non attive: richiederanno una futura app iOS e la configurazione Apple.
Attiva le notifiche su ogni dispositivo con il pulsante dedicato. Nell’app Android aggiornata premi Attiva notifiche Android, poi Continua su Android e concedi il permesso. L’attivazione viene confermata dopo la verifica online. Per l’app web su iPhone e iPad serve iOS/iPadOS 16.4 o successivo e l’aggiunta alla schermata Home. Permessi, connessione e sistema operativo possono influire sulla consegna.
Disattivare le notifiche revoca la registrazione di quell’installazione; uno stato minimo ricorda la scelta. In Android completa anche il passaggio di scollegamento richiesto dall’app. Il collegamento web associato alla stessa installazione viene disattivato solo dopo la conferma del canale nativo. Altri browser e dispositivi restano separati. Gli orari scelti dall’host valgono dopo la conferma della sincronizzazione online.

Enabling notifications links your account to an installation identifier, language, time zone and activation status. Web Push stores the browser delivery address and encryption keys; Android stores an FCM token and a revocable connection limited to notifications. The log may retain sending results and, when reported by the device, receipt, display and opening with timestamps. Technical acknowledgements do not prove that a person read an alert.
Notifications do not contain photographs or identity-document details. The property name, event type and, in arrival and departure alerts, the guest’s name and surname if entered in the booking may appear on your lock screen. They are not taken from identity-document forms. The push service processes the message for delivery: Web Push uses standard encryption; on Android Google/Firebase processes content sent through FCM.
The Web Push service may be Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft, depending on the browser. Firebase handles accounts, devices and scheduling; Cloudflare hosts the site. Native iPhone notifications are prepared but inactive: they require a future iOS app and Apple configuration.
Enable notifications separately on each device. In the updated Android app, tap Enable Android notifications, then Continue on Android and grant permission. Activation is confirmed after an online check. The iPhone/iPad web app requires iOS/iPadOS 16.4 or later and installation on the Home Screen. Permissions, connectivity and the operating system can affect delivery.
Disabling notifications revokes that installation’s registration; a minimal state remembers the choice. On Android also complete the disconnection step requested by the app. The linked web registration is disabled only after native activation is confirmed. Other browsers and devices remain separate. Host-selected times apply after online synchronization is confirmed.

Las confirmaciones técnicas no prueban que alguien haya leído el aviso.

Die Aktivierung verbindet das Konto mit einer Installationskennung, Sprache, Zeitzone und Status. Web Push speichert Browser-Zustelladresse und Verschlüsselungsschlüssel; Android ein FCM-Token und eine widerrufbare, auf Benachrichtigungen begrenzte Verbindung. Das Protokoll kann Versandergebnisse und, sofern vom Gerät gemeldet, Empfang, Anzeige und Öffnung mit Zeitstempel speichern. Technische Bestätigungen beweisen nicht, dass eine Person den Hinweis gelesen hat.
Benachrichtigungen enthalten keine Fotos oder Ausweisdaten. Unterkunftsname, Ereignistyp und bei An- und Abreisehinweisen der in der Buchung eingetragene Vor- und Nachname des Gastes können auf dem Sperrbildschirm erscheinen. Sie stammen nicht aus Ausweisformularen. Der Push-Dienst verarbeitet die Nachricht zur Zustellung: Web Push nutzt die Standardverschlüsselung; unter Android verarbeitet Google/Firebase den über FCM gesendeten Inhalt.
Der Web-Push-Dienst kann je nach Browser Google, Apple, Mozilla oder Microsoft sein. Firebase verwaltet Konten, Geräte und Zeitpläne; Cloudflare hostet die Website. Native iPhone-Benachrichtigungen sind vorbereitet, aber inaktiv: Sie benötigen eine zukünftige iOS-App und Apple-Konfiguration.

Web Push conserve l’adresse du navigateur et les clés de chiffrement ; Android, un jeton FCM et une liaison révocable limitée aux notifications. Le registre peut conserver les résultats d’envoi et, lorsqu’ils sont transmis par l’appareil, la réception, l’affichage et l’ouverture avec date et heure. Les confirmations techniques ne prouvent pas la lecture par une personne.
Les notifications ne contiennent ni photos ni données de pièce d’identité. Le nom du logement, type d’événement et, dans les alertes d’arrivée et de départ, le prénom et le nom du voyageur saisis dans la réservation peuvent apparaître sur l’écran verrouillé. Ils ne proviennent pas des fiches de pièces d’identité. Le service traite le message pour le remettre : Web Push utilise le chiffrement standard ; sur Android Google/Firebase traite le contenu envoyé via FCM.
